Performance is Riedel’s newest flagship collection. It is the first wine glass series ever to feature bowls with a light optic impact, which not only adds a pleasing visual aspect to the bowl, but also increases the inner surface area. This speeds up the decanting process, and results in a more powerful and fruit-driven aromatic experience, hence it is known as the “ultimate loudspeaker for wine”.

 Performance glasses are machine-made yet extremely lightweight, balanced and a pleasure to hold. They are ideal for New World and younger wines (less than 10 years old).

 The size of the bowl allows space for the rich and wide-ranging aromas of Oaked Chardonnay to fully develop, while minimizing the risk of becoming over concentrated. It accentuates the creamy texture of Chardonnay, along with the flavours of vanilla, butter and stonefruit.
