This Rock Rose Gin -??Spring Edition is distilled using ingredients, foraged from the local area during Spring, that give a seasonal taste to our Original Rock Rose Gin. Reminiscent of a spring day in Caithness we use botanicals to provide a cool, refreshing taste!??Coltsfoot??from the distillery garden provides a delicious sweetness, while??gorse flowers??bring a gorgeous coconut like aroma. We have also used??dandelion??to help balance the sweetness with delicious earthy, liquorice flavours.
