Grape varieties: mainly Cabernet Sauvignon (about 90%-95%), with a small amount of Cabernet Franc.
Hand-harvested and crafted entirely by hand. This inaugural vintage is extremely limited, with only 24,000 bottles released worldwide.
The vineyard is located in Deqin County in northwestern Yunnan Province, at an altitude of 2,200 to 2,600 meters. The climate is similar to that of Bordeaux, but the strong ultraviolet radiation and cool temperature at high altitude create unique terroir.
Flavor profile: Aromas of wild forest berries, blackcurrant, blackberry, with hints of spice and minerality. Medium-bodied with fine tannins, it develops elegant cigar box and dried herbal notes with aging.
