Château Haut-Brion 2008 is a top-tier First Growth red wine from the Pessac-Léognan appellation of Bordeaux. Despite a cooler and rainier growing season in 2008, the vintage is widely considered by critics to be a strong contender for the "Wine of the Vintage." Due to extremely rigorous selection processes, production was very limited, with only about 7,000 cases (compared to the usual 12,000 cases).
