The 2007 Château La Serre Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is a rich, medium-bodied Bordeaux blend (predominantly Merlot with Cabernet Franc). Known for its elegant, fruit-forward profile, it features notes of dark berries, creamy oak, and chocolate, and is best enjoyed fully matured.

Tasting note:  Pure minty, blackcurrant fruit with a strictness on the attack that opens out across the palate. Sweet oak combines well with the fruit, teasing out ripe notes of creamy blackberry and dark pastille fruits.
