The Château Moulin du Cadet Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2007 is an elegant, organic, 100% Merlot red wine from Bordeaux’s Right Bank. Given its age, this vintage is well past its youth, typically offering a softer, mature flavor profile of red fruits, vanilla, and savory toasted undertones.

Tasting note:  Vinous nose, with red fruits and a deal of vanilla and cream. Slightly flat on the palate, with the fruit rather weak, and slightly dilute on the mid-palate. Quite a nice structure behind, but seems to be based more on spicy oak and tannin.
