Lambay Blended Malt Irish Whiskey (Cognac Cask Finished) is a unique, unpeated Irish whiskey crafted through a collaboration between the Baring family of Lambay Island and the French Cognac house, Camus. It blends double and triple-distilled single malts, matured in bourbon barrels, and finished in French oak Cognac casks.

Nose: Soft florals, bright citrus, rich malt, and subtle maritime/sea-air notes.

Palate: Cracked almonds, pepper, sweet malt, and fruity undertones from the French oak Cognac finish.
