Tasting Note: Fermentation occurred in tank over a period of 3 weeks. The wine was then racked and remained on its fine lees for a period of 5 months before being filtered and bottled.
This blush coloured rose shows extraordinary bright fruit, with ripe notes of melon and tropical fruit, followed by a round, beautifully balanced palate that lingers long after you have taken the initial sip.
The labels are inspired by well-known South African abs.
