Piper-Heidsieck Rare Rosé Brut 2007 is the first vintage rosé champagne in the history of Piper-Heidsieck's luxurious Rare Champagne series. This champagne is produced only in a very few exceptional years, and its iconic, intricately engraved gold tiaras on the bottle further enhance its collectability.
Visual Appearance: Presents an elegant golden-pink hue with a subtle, shimmering coppery sheen.
Aroma: The opening reveals delicate notes of lychee and tropical herbs, followed by aromas of wild strawberry, napoleon cherry, and raspberry, while the finish weaves subtle hints of smoky tea and woody biscuit.
Palp and Finish: Light and elegant like rose petals, with rich and delicate effervescence. It possesses high acidity and a robust, spicy minerality, finishing with a slight tannin, resulting in a very refined structure and deep aging potential. Rich, complex, with excellent balance and excellent bubbles. Unparalleled, soft taste of red currants, raspberries, ripe Sicilian oranges and soft bitterness at the finish from pink grapefruits.
Food Pairing: Ideal as a fine wine, especially pairing well with oily fish, crab, grilled lobster with caviar, and other premium seafood, or flavorful meat dishes.
